Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL7660AP (10 µg/ml) staining in a human lichenoid dermatitis formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section. Nuclear staining of keratinocytes, inflammatory cells and endothelial cells in the lichen planus is observed.
Western Blot Analysis
CL7660AP (1µg/ml) staining of HeLa lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
