Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL8835AP (10 µg/ml) staining in a mouse brain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section. Cytoplasmic staining is observed on the Purkinje cell layer of the ependymal epithelium. Weak background staining is observed on the white matter.
Western Blot Analysis
CL8835AP (0.01µg/ml) staining of Mouse (A) and Rat (B) Brain lysates (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
