Special processing techniques are used to yield complement with high activity and low background cytotoxicity. We offer complement from a number of species and in multiple formats to suit a variety of applications. Cedarlane offers bulk quantities, reserved lot evaluation, and custom formats and sizes (please contact research@cedarlanelabs.com). Our specialities include:
- Baby Rabbit Complement for use in Bacteriocidal, cytotoxicity depletion/purging assays and opsonization assays.
- Standard Rabbit Complement and Low-Tox-H Complement for use in HLA-ABC and HLA-DR tissue typing.
- Low-Tox-M Rabbit Complement for use in cytotoxicity assays using MOUSE cells.
