Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL8832AP (Anti-Mouse Progesterone Receptor) staining (10 µg/ml) of a mouse uterus formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section; seen at 20x (left) and 40x (right) magnification. Nuclear staining of ~25-30% of stromal cells and glandular epithelium is observed.
Western Blot Analysis
CL8832AP (2µg/ml) staining of Mouse Uterus lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
