Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL7774AP (Anti-Human Galectin-10) staining (4 µg/ml) of a human spleen formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section; seen at 20x (left) and 40x (right) magnification. Staining of immune cells in the red pulp is observed.
Western Blot Analysis
CL7774AP (0.1µg/ml) staining of Human PBMCs (A) and Spleen (B) lysates (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
