Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL7775AP (Anti-Human Galectin-12) staining (4 µg/ml) of a human kidney formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section; seen at 20x (left) and 40x (right) magnification. Nuclear staining of glomerular and tubular cells is observed.
Western Blot Analysis
CL7775AP (1µg/ml) staining lysates of a K562 cell line lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
