Immunohistochemical analysis of Paraffin Embedded Sections
CL7776AP (Anti-Human Galectin-13) staining (4 µg/ml) of a human placenta formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue section; seen at 20x (left) and 40x (right) magnification. Staining of trophoblastic cells is observed.
Western Blot Analysis
CL7776AP (1µg/ml) staining of a human placenta lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
