All of our antibodies are purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogens. After passing ELISA assays, all antibodies undergo rigorous quality control utilizing multiple validation methods including Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), or immunofluorescence (IF). Any antibodies must have at least two applications of WB, IHC, ICC/IF, and/or ELISA before published in our catalogue and website. All of our antibodies are tested for Western blots with crude lysates from cells or tissues, not over expressed or pure proteins.
