As of December 31st, 2009, Ted Pella, Inc. and Ernest F. Fullam entered into an agreement where Ted Pella, Inc. purchased all Fullam product lines except tensile stages, chemicals and vacuum coaters. We wish to continue serving Fullam's customers with products and knowledge. "The acquisition of the Fullam product lines represents a way to continue serving their customers, and that will be the goal of Ted Pella, Inc.," said Ted Pella, the President of Ted Pella, Inc.
