  • KEY PRODUCTS

    Detection (SiaFindTM) Products:

Our flagship lectin-like, enzyme-derived Lectenz reagents solve many of the issues traditionally associated with other glycan detection reagents, such as lot to lot variable and cross-reactivity, and deliver consistent results. Our kits contain a lyophilized detection reagent, a 5X binding buffer, and an info sheet.

    - SiaFindTM Pan-Specific Lectenz Kits (SKU: SK0501, SK0501B, SK0502, SK0502B)

This kit is used for the detection of terminal sialic acid in a sample (glycoprotein, glycolipid, polysaccharides, etc.), regardless of linkage type. Validated assays include flow cytometry, blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA.

    - SiaFindTM α2,3-Specific Lectenz Kits (SKU: SK2301, SK2301B, SK2301F)

This kit is used for the detection of α2,3-linked terminal sialic acid in a sample (glycoprotein, glycolipid, polysaccharides, etc.). Validated assays include flow cytometry, blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA.

    - SiaFindTM α2,6-Specific Reagent Kits (SKU: SK2601, SK2601B)

This kit is used for the detection of α2,6-linked terminal sialic acid in a sample (glycoprotein, glycolipid, polysaccharides, etc.). Validated assays include blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA.

    Chromatography (SiaRichTM) Products:

Our SiaRich column kits harness the specificity and reliability of our SiaFind reagents and pair them with glycan-free, pH neutral buffers for quick and simple enrichment protocols. Our kit contains (1) 1mL affinity column, (3) 5X binding buffer (SKU BA0103), (1) 5X regeneration buffer (SKU BA0301), and an info sheet.

    - - SiaRichTM α2,3-Specific Column Kits (SKU: SC2301)

This kit is used for the enrichment of α2,3-linked terminal sialic acid glycoconjugates in a sample (glycoprotein, glycolipid, polysaccharides, etc.) using affinity chromatography. The samples are non-competitively eluted using a high salt buffer.

    Glycan Processing/Removal (Enzyme) Products:

Our glycan removal enzymes are used by researchers to remove or trim glycans for downstream analysis. These are among the most commonly used tools for studying carbohydrates, by both academia and industry. Our enzyme kits contain a lyophilized enzyme, a 10X reaction buffer buffer, and an info sheet.

    - PNGase F (SKU GE0101)

This enzyme is commonly used to cleave N-linked glycans from mammalian proteins with or without α1,6-core fucosylation. This is the most commonly used enzyme for glycan removal by mass spectrometry groups and researchers. Our product can complete its reaction within 15 minutes, whereas most competing products require hours or overnight incubation.

    - PNGase F-II (SKU GE0201)

This enzyme is used to cleave N-linked glycans from proteins regardless of core fucosylation. This is useful for people studying plant or insect proteins, as they have α1,3-core fucosylation which inhibits PNGase F cleavage.

    - α2,3 Sialidase (SKU GE0302)

This enzyme specifically removes terminal α2,3-linked sialic acid.

    - O-GlcNAcase (SKU GE0401)

This enzyme cleaves O-linked β-N-Acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc). It is especially useful for people studying O-GlcNAcylation.

    - FasTEVTM Protease (SKU GE0501)

Tobacco Etch Virus (TEV) Protease (EC#3.4.22.44) specifically cleaves the peptide bond between a glutamine and a glycine or serine of the consensus sequence, ENLYFQ↓(G/S). Our FasTEVTM is an engineered version of the enzyme with multiple mutations that enhance its stability and catalytic activity. It is usually used for removal of tags on recombinantly expressed proteins and can be used to remove his tags from our SiaFindTM reagents and enzymes.

    - Thermophilic Fucosidase (SKU GE0601)

This enzyme Cleaves α1,2/3/4/6-linked fucose, with enhanced efficiency at high temperature.

    Glycan Profiling (GlycoSenseTM) Products:

Our GlycoSenseTM Array Kit, a multiplex bead-based glycan analysis kit, can be used with a basic flow cytometer for monitoring of glycosylation during protein expression and glyco enzyme reactions. Each kit contains fluorescent beads conjugated with a various lectins, control beads, fluorescently labeled glycoprotein for controls, and an instruction manual.

    - GlycoSenseTM Array Kit (SKU GK0101-50UL)

This kit contains a bead-based array for simple profiling of common terminal glycosylation structures (α2,3-linked sialic acid, α2,6-linked sialic acid, galactose, and N-acetylglucosoamine). It can be used to monitor glycan engineering reactions or glycan development in mammalian cell culture.
