Royal Containers Ltd. was established in 1980 by Ross Nelson, and remains one of the largest independent corrugated converters in Southern Ontario. We have 2 locations; one 5 minutes north of the Toronto Pearson Airport and the other 5 minutes south of the 401, in London Ontario.

In 1984, Royal Containers and 2 others partnered in a sheet feeder operation called TenCorr Packaging. This was one of several strategic vertical integration moves Royal has made over the years and continues to value. TenCorr has 2 corrugators; a 98” which runs specialty combinations of F, E, B, C, A and Triple wall and a high speed 110” that operates out of Brampton.

In Brampton we occupy 100,000 sqft and house several pieces of converting equipment, such as a 3 colour 66” x 146” Martin Flexo Folder Gluer. In London we occupy 75,000sqft and have similar pieces of converting equipment such as a 3 colour 66” Ward Rotary diecutter, Post gluer and laminating equipment.

The service we offer our customers is the EASE of doing business. Our entire operating system is online and accessible remotely by not only all of our employees, but is offered to all of our customers. By utilizing a lean admin process we can eliminate days and hours out of the order cycle and make speed & ease our number one priority.
