Yes. We migrated all old online ordering accounts to our new CEDARLANE® website. However, due to security measures you will need to reset your password. Click the Forgot your password link on the login page. We'll send you an email to reset your password. You will also need to set-up your payment method, as we did not transfer any credit card information due to security issues.

  • Complete the registration information and click 'register'.
  • Once you've completed the form you can sign into your account and start adding items to your cart.

We do it for you! After your first order is placed, the order goes into an order queue for the CEDARLANE® customer service team to review. At that time, your web account will be linked against your CEDARLANE® corporate account (your customer number). This is a one-time screening process. All subsequent orders will be tracked against your main institutional account. You can check this at: My Account > Corporate Account.
It's easy. Click on "Shopping Cart" located at the top right of the webpage. You can then add items to your shopping cart. Or, if you are searching for products and click ‘add to cart' the item will be added and you will be directed to the shopping cart screen.
If you know the catalogue number of the product you would like to order, you can use Quick Order! Quickly and easily add products to your shopping cart by entering in the product code, quantity and click on "add to cart" button. If you leave the quantity field blank, it will default to 1.

Also, previously ordered products can be quickly and easily reordered by visiting your order history page under "My Account", then "orders". Select a previous order and click on the green "copy to basket" button. You can now change the shopping cart by updating and adding products of interest.
Yes. Simply change the quantity and click on the ‘update cart' button.
Yes. To delete an item, simply click on the red "X" located to the right of the product. To delete a shopping cart completely, click on the "clear cart" button located at the top of the page.
Yes. You can add items to your shopping cart and they will stay in the cart up to seven days. After seven days, if the order has not been placed, the cart will automatically be deleted.
You can enter promotion code(s) to your cart by entering the code into the 'Promotion Code Field' located both at the bottom of your shopping cart, or in the left navigation area of the shopping cart page.
If you have entered a valid promotion code, you will see green text containing a promotion code statement in your shopping cart.
All sale products are listed under the 'Promotions' page. When searching for products, sale items will have a tagline listed against them, indicating which promotion they are a part of. All pricing will be updated in real time in the shopping cart.
When you are finished shopping, click on the green 'checkout' button.
Go to View a printer-friendly version of the order.
Go to My Account, Orders and review orders listed. You may also search, utilizing filters, using your PO number or catalogue number.
Go into 'My Account' and click on 'Invoices'. From there you can view your order history. Click on the ‘Invoice' of interest to view details of your order. At the bottom of the screen you will see the FedEx tracking information which you can click on. This will send you to the FedEx site for detailed info on your shipment.

Your username is your email address that you used when you initially registered for an online account. To change your username/account login, simply login to your account, go to 'My Account' and click on 'CEDARLANE® Web Account Information'. You can change your email address, which is your username for your online account.
You can request a new password by clicking the 'Forgot Your Password?' link on the login page. We'll send you an email to reset your password.
To change your contact information, simply login to your account, go to 'My Account' and click on 'CEDARLANE® Web Account Information'. You can change any pertinent contact information.
VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Purchase Orders are all acceptable forms of payment.
Yes. You can store multiple credit cards under 'My Account' and click on 'Payment'.
Yes. After your initial order your web account will be linked to your corporate account (CEDARLANE® customer number). At that point, all institutional discounts will be applied to the cart in real-time.
If you have been issued a quote from CEDARLANE®, please reference your quote number in the 'Order Notes' text box during the checkout process, prior to finalizing your order. Quoted pricing will be applied to your web order by our customer service group and you will receive an email.

Go into 'My Account' and click on 'Invoices'. The default date range when searching for an invoice is one month. Adjust the date range of the invoice you are searching for. Note that ten invoices will display in the window, and you may need to advance to the next page of search.

Start by logging into your online account. Once you are logged in, add desired products to your shopping cart as you normally would. Once you have added all of the items that you would like to request a quote for, simply click the ‘Request Quote' button that appears in your shopping cart menu (between the 'Clear Cart' and 'Checkout' buttons).

From here, your quote will be registered and your Cedarlane sales representative will be in contact with you shortly to provide you with your formal quotation.

Login to your online account and access the 'My Account' section. Click on 'Quotes'. Enter your quote number in the text field and click on the green button labelled ‘Activate Quote'. Your quoted items and discounts will transfer to your shopping cart. You may add more items to the cart, then checkout your order as you normally would.

Note: Cedarlane quotes can only be activated by the user the quote was issued to. If you are trying to activate a quote that was issued to another user, the website will not allow this.

If you cannot activate the quote through our new functionality, please simply reference your quote number in the appropriate field during checkout, prior to finalizing your order. Quoted pricing will be applied to your web order by our customer service group and you will receive an email confirmation with final pricing once the order has been processed.
